What are your opening hours?

Pick up from 10 am to 6pm Monday to Saturday

How do I get there / access directions?

How long does it take before my order is ready?

Your order is typically ready for pickup within 1 hour of placing it.

Do I need to do anything before arriving?

Yes – please pay for your order to reserve. We only reserve orders paid for.  Call us or WhatsApp us for any clarification

Will my order be reserved for me?

Only fully paid orders are reserved for pickup. Orders with pending or incomplete payment will not be set aside until payment is confirmed.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your order confirmation (email or SMS) and payment  verification.

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

Yes. The person collecting must present the order confirmation and your authorization. You can WhatsApp us your rider details
